What payment methods does THE SHEARLINE accept and how safe they are?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards. You can also choose to pay with Paypal. All payments are processed through a secured checkout. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your shipping and billing details are entered correctly. Still having an issue? let us know, or contact your bank about the payment. Especially if you’re ordering from outside Spain.

What currency do you accept?

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. the second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your shipment tracking number.

Can I make changes to my online order?

We can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details, only before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch. So, if you want to make any amendments, please contact us as soon as possible.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. It takes one day to be processed. Take note that before we ship your order, we may need to confirm details with the card issuer. Once an order has shipped, the delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.

The Shearline wants to arrive wherever you are. We currently ship to over 50+ countries and are always expanding. See our shipping list. In case your country is not listed yet, let us know and we’ll see what we can do!

Do you offer free delivery?

Absolutely, We’ll ship your order free of charge worldwide. You can check delivery details for your country for more information.

What shipping options do you offer?

Shipping options and prices are calculated based on your shipping country; wherever you want to receive your jacket. You can view the shipping prices when you checkout or you can check delivery details for your country for more information about delivery services available.

Is my package ensure?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from THE SHEARLINE to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.

My order is being delivered outside the EU, will i have to pay import fees?

Potentially, your order may be subject to taxes in this case. but as we have no control over these charges, we can’t tell you what the cost might be and customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please check this if you’re not sure, as our shipping covers delivery to you, but does not include local duties or taxes at the point of import; these are your responsibility as per our terms of service. we include the necessary documents for customs/ border control with your parcel but beyond that; assessment of these documents, the time it takes and the import duties are out of our control.

Can i return my The Shearline for an exchange or refund?

Yes, you can. Please send us an email to orders@theshearline.com. We will inform how to proceed. The Shearline is not responsible for paying shipment costs, please see our returns conditions here to see all the information.

Something's wrong with my jacket

We're sorry to hear that. Please send us an email to orders@theshearline.com. We’ll see what we can do. You need your order number which you can find in your order confirmation email.

what are the The Shearline returns conditions?

if you need to send your jacket back, you can do so simply within 14 days from receipt of your order, we’ll send authorisation once we receive your items back, we’ll process your return. Note that in order for us to accept your return, you should ensure your items are returned unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging (with the box intact). Ensure the items are packaged properly and include the order paperwork they came with (or a note with your order details) so we know it’s your return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in Spain so we suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage. Refunds should take no-longer than 14 days following receipt and refunds are made to the original payment method only. If you return your whole order, we will refund the cost of the items. If you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; but entire shipping costs & local duties & taxes will not be refunded.

  • 1) request your return via email, the team will review and authorise your request
  • 2) we’ll email you a personalised return instructions
  • 3) return your items to the address on the label
  • 4) we’ll refund your original order payment or process your exchange request when you reply to our email with your return tracking details and we receive your items at our warehouse in Spain.
